This is an outstanding Baker Ranch Thunderegg with stalactites and waterlevel banding. It looks like a cave and goes 

way back with crystal quartz covering the whole interior of the vug. There are some hairline fractures in the waterlevel

agate and it has a mirror polish. Some of the stalactites in front are cut and polished.
